Ambos somos bastante amantes de la carne y siempre estamos buscando una buena churrascaría, y finalmente conseguimos Vila Brasil, una churrascaría especializada en el llamado “Rodizio brasileño” o “espeto corrido” , una preparación de distintos cortes de la mejor carne a la brasa: ternera, cordero, pollo y cerdo, servidos y fileteados directamente en su mesa.

Comienzas por el exquisito y vasto buffet brasileño que ofrece platos típicos de Brasil: ensaladas, guarniciones y platos calientes y con ello te sientas en la mesa a esperar una exquisita y variada selección de carnes. Entre las variedades de carnes está la picanha, picanha con ajo, costilla de buey, cupim, salchicha, contramuslo de pollo, corazón de pollo, lomo de cerdo, falda de ternera, maminha y de postre la piña asada con azúcar, definitivamente el broche de oro para la cena.

Algo genial de este lugar es que dependiendo de cómo vayas puedes indicarle al mesonero si quieres comer más señalándolo con una tarjetita que encuentras en la mesa con dos colores: verde seguir comiendo o rojo para parar de comer. De postre degustamos el mousse de maracuyá, un recomendado de la casa y la tarta de queso con guayaba, ambas realmente deliciosas.

Desde el momento que entras por la puerta sientes el sabor latino, entre la música, el ambiente y las gratas sonrisas que te acompañan a lo largo de la cena. Evidentemente se suman un par de caipirinhas también que pedimos para acompañar la comida, Naty pidió el original de limón y yo opte por el de mango.

We are both quite meat lovers and we are always looking for a good churrascaria, and finally we found Vila Brasil, a churrascaria specializing in the so-called «Brazilian Rodizio» or «espeto corrido», a preparation of different cuts of the best grilled meat: veal, lamb, chicken and pork, served and filleted directly at your table.

From the moment you walk through the door you feel the Latin vibes, between the music, the atmosphere and the pleasant smiles that accompany you throughout the dinner. Obviously a couple of caipirinhas help along the way. To accompany the meal we ordered some delicious caipirinhas, Naty ordered the original and I chose the mango caipirinha.

You start off the meal with the exquisite and vast Brazilian buffet that offers typical Brazilian dishes: salads, garnishes and hot dishes, once you are served you sit down at the table to wait for an exquisite and varied selection of meats to come. Among the varieties of meats is the picanha, picanha with garlic, beef rib, cupim, sausage, chicken drumstick, chicken heart, pork loin, veal skirt, maminha and to cleanse the pallet roasted pineapple with sugar, definitely cherry on top of the icing to close the dinner.

Something very cool about this place is that depending on how full you are or if you want the meat thats coming you have a start and stop card to indicate to the waiter if you want more or not. For dessert we tasted the passion fruit mousse, a favourite of the house and the cheesecake with guava, both really delicious.
